So when I walked into the Ocean beach Club Resort where Amber and her brides maids would be getting ready, I did not know what to expect. You never know what to expect when you meet a bride or groom for the first time. Oh, but once we walked into the suite it was a very pleasant atmosphere. They had their music going, Starbucks... I mean what girl doesn't get the party started with that! ...and the party was ready to begin. Oh and did I mention that we almost got blocked out from getting to the venue because of a halloween marathon. Lol.  Yup, on the day that I was set to capture my bride and groom's Big Day, I was told by a security staff "this road will be blocked."

Nope! despite the message me and my staff received, we were determined to get to our destination.

Once we had unpacked our gear it was game on. All smiles and laughter. Amber, the gorgeous red head made me and my team feel right at home. We got lots of photos of the pre-wedding prep and then it was off to the ceremony location. We definitely watched them leave in style in their all white stretch limo.

The ceremony/reception venue was The Lesner Inn, a beautiful cozy pier driven spot also in beautiful Virginia beach, VA. The decor was a fall rustic look with all the frills

Fast forward a bit to when we met Thomas, the groom, who could only be described as a very super hilarious guy. The military veteran was a pure jokester and made the day go by very smoothly with his sense of humor. I must say also that this was probably the fastest ceremony I have ever attended. I think this wedding may have coined the phrase "short and sweet," but hey, I was once told that love has no boundaries, and I'm sure it has no limits on time either.

The passion that poured from this couple as well as both families was amazing. I pray that both Thomas and Amber have many blessed days into their marriage, and that all the adventures that they encounter are filled with love, happiness and unity.
